Dear
All at the Ashram.
HARI OM – OM – OM.
Last
week I received the special issue of VIDYA PRABODHINI regarding OMKARANANDA
MAHOTSAV.
It is a
superbly turned out publication and a beautiful memento and I am sure the
Mahotsava must have been a grand success.
I feel
proud to learn that Swami Vishveshwaranandaji was aptly rewarded with the Pride
of Uttaranchal Award – he richly and truly deserves it, and this recognition, to
my mind, was long overdue.
The
various good works, that the Ashram is involved in and the generous support in
sustaining them, are very commendable and a great boon to the people of
Uttaranchal.
Vishveshwaraji’s able and sure hand is glaringly visible in all these
activities.
I have seen his organizing capacity, zeal, dedication to work, and a humane,
compassionate and efficient approach to all the various activities – first hand,
when I had the good fortune to enjoy the kind hospitality of the Ashram in the
past.
Sure am
I that Swami Satchidanandaji must have had a lion’s share in the organizing,
printing and composition of this beautiful special issue.
The
dancing itinerary organized by Kumari Somashekhariji with grace, aplomb and
heavenly rhythm, must have been a treat for the general public and also the
dance afficionados. These photographs have come out beautiful and give an
inkling of the dazzling and colourful performance that it must have been!
My
heart fills with joy and pride at having been closely associated with such
wonderful, pious, friendly and talented personages.
Thank
you for sending me this special issue and of course the regular Vidya Prabodhini
– it helps me to keep in touch with the going-ons at the Ashram and the good
news of you all wonderful people.
My wife
joins me in congratulating Swami Vishveshwaranandaji and sends her best regards
to you all.
More
power to you all.
OM – OM – OM
