 Meeting with
Honourable Governor
of Uttarakhand
on 16th
November 2009, in Dehradun
On 16th November 2009 the honourable Emeritus
President of Doon Citizens Council, Shri M.M. Tayal, invited Shri
Swami Vishveshwarananda and Kumari Somashekhari as special guests
to receive the honourable Governor of Uttarakhand, Ms. Margaret
Alva, at his home. It was an exclusively private visit of the
Governor to the residence of Shri M.M. Tayal.
During the visit different aspects of latest
education could be discussed. Swami Vishveshwarananda and Kumari
Somashekhari explained Her Excellency, the honourable Governor,
the exceptional work which is being done by H.D. Paramahamsa
Omkarananda Saraswati in the Garhwal Himalayas.
It was a simple and nice get-together and the
Honourable Governor agreed to visit the Omkarananda Institute of
Management & Technology at the appropriate time.
